That can feel when i've lost weight? I don't mean that my clothes get looser, or anything like that but i can sometimes actually feel the weight has come off.
Like yesterday, i weigh myself as normal (i'm a daily weigher If not more and know my fluctuations) and carry on my day, eat slightly under my cal allowance, go off to college in the evening. When i came home i felt kinda hungry but not enough to warrent eating anything just a small niggle, like i was empty. At that point i knew i'd lost weight. i got on the scales in the evening which is when i would normally weight 2-3lbs more than the morning and i was the same as in the am, Get in the scales this morning and bam 3lbs are gone.
Not sure if that makes any sense really i just wondered if i'm nuts lol

no comment on the post sorry, but is there a reason your protein is set to so low?

I think I know what you're talking about. I can tell when I've lost a few pounds. I also get a little itchy where I'm losing weight like recently my stomach has been itching and I've lost a couple inches there recently.

I am always lighter mid-week by 2-3 pounds (not sure why) and sometimes later in the week but come my weigh-in day??? Maybe a pound. I think it is because my weigh in day is Monday after the weekend. Not sure though. I am also a daily weigher.....just like to track what my body is doing. I think it is great that you can tell. I am not that attuned just yet.
