too lazy go to the gym

I never go to a gym - too cheap to pay for one. I use my home for workout videos and strength training - I purchased my own free weights. I use the great outdoors to walk, run and hike. I use the 10,000 steps program @ work, but for me I double that in a day just by going outside.0

How much weight you lose depends on how much you want it. It's ok yo workout at home if you work hard, but I found that I could always find something else to do before exercising at home so it did not always get done. Now I go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. Some mornings I don't feel like it but I just get up get dressed and go. It is so motivating to see others working out and I always feel great when I leave even when I am exhausted.0
