I'm brand new to all this, I've never even really dieted before, but now my daughter is 3 and it's time to stop saying that it's baby weight and really get serious about losing it. The late night snacking has a big hold right now

    Late night snack, well actually all evening, is tough for me. Plan as best you can. I used to keep a can of plain almonds by the bed for when I was feeling weak. LOL! Sometimes it just comes down to telling yourself "NO." But as sucky as that sounds, when you do it, there's a sense of accomplishment at knowing that you can take control. Best of luck!
