Hi guys, been on here a short while but only just getting into it.
Im UK based - West Midlands to be more specific.

I joined last year, got down to a great weight for my hols, then when i got there just ate everything.
So i pilled back on the pounds, and it has took me until now to be motivated enough to start again.

Ive just taken a before pic which is the most unflattering pic i have ever seen, when i get closer to my goal ill try and post to give before and after shots.

Anyone good at giving me the odd kick up the backside feel free to add me.

Good luck to all trying to lose the pounds.
