I want to join too!. I have been on the dieting roller coaster my whole life. I do well for a few week/months and then fall off the wagon once again. Life can get busy and you grab what is convenient . I want to lose 150 pounds. I could really use people who are in the same predicament to help me stay on track. I will success this time. I would love to! I'm re-starting again too. Started 11/1. I am 5'7" and currently weight 203.8. Goal Weight is 1600

I am restarting as well. I have about 30 pounds I would like to lose. I am twenty nine years old and teach first grade. I have three kids and it just seems with every thing going on it is hard to stick with it. I would also like to start exercising and using eating as a vice for emotional issues! Feel free to add me.0

I never realised how much being part of a community and sharing my experience will affect my journey, until I joined this group. I find myself making little changes already. I love baking and chocolate cakes are one of our favourites at home. Today however, I opted not to have the very sweet and very yummy chocolate icing on top. Did I missed it.....not much actually. I made the cake and cut it into small portions immediately, so that I will not just chuck in a large piece of cake saying there is no icing. Swapped my latte for a tea and had a lovely treat with just 112 cals !!!!0

I'm restarting as well (11/1)...lost 40 lbs first time on MFP, moved to a new city and put it all (plus a bit) back on. Time to do it again....much easier with a community. I'll join any club that will have me:)0
