Shoulder injury!! Grrr..

Hi all,
Everytime I try and work my shoulders, I get a horrible pinching sensation deep in the middle. So then I lay off for a while, and when I go back to it, ouch!! Does anyone know of anything I can do to strenghten that area without hurting it? It kind of feels like a pinched nerve. Usually I get it on the right shoulder, but this time it's on the left. I'm just getting so frustrated, it seems like everytime I cure one pain, I get another!

    Hey, shoulder injuries are my life story.
    My shoulders dislocate as soon as I move them back. Find excersizes that don't involve the shoulders: squats, and skipping rope, along with running and cycling help me.
    My surgeries are in January. Till then i'm doing what i can
