Hello, just an average person who is trying to improve their health one day at a time. I'm conducting a personal experiment by observing my eating habits and seeing what reactions my body creates when changing my diet. Kind of excited to get this started and I hope you all have a plan to follow through once you've gathered enough data about your diet. I'll be here to support and push others to continue to get better day by day or meal by meal.
