Meal replacements don't get much support here. This site is designed so users can input weights and measures of real food.

I did weight loss shakes years ago (Slim Fast). The problem with meal replacements is they teach you nothing about your eating habits. I'm fat because my portions were too big. Logging food I eat (and will eat for years to come) is very educational. I know what needs to be changed to keep the weight from creeping back up.

    Good luck!

    Is this the same diet?
The Cambridge Diet is a weight management programme ranging from 440 to 1500 kcal/day.

Tried it once, never again. I lasted a week on it. Too expensive and not enjoyable. It's not "real" whereas calorie control allows you to eat what you want in moderation, making it real and hopefully easier to deal with maintenance when at goal.
