p90x is a beachbody program .. 90 days .. 3 resistance days, 2 cardio days 1 yoga day and a rest day .. it switches every few weeks to keep you from plateauing.
I am currently on day 12 of Insanity at the moment.. I havent lost much yet. :P0 -

How hard is it? I'm about to borrow it from a friend but I'm so out of shape. I'm not sure if I can hang. Do you have to be somewhat in shape to do it?0

Did it work ?? I hope it did! I was NOT in shape when i started .. and I am still not in shape.. i have another 30-40lbs to go. It is a challenge and thats why i loved it! The weight lifting days are easiest... Plyometrics is hard.. lol.. but Insanity is wayyyyyyyyyyy harder than plyometrics! :P
I certainly recommend it. Their facebook group has alot off before and after pics.0 -
Thanks. I think I will try it. I haven't borrowed it yet so I really don;t know what it is like. Do you have to buy a weight set or something to do the weight-lifting part? How many lbs.?0

You need weights, pull up bar, yoga mat (& a heart rate monitor is recommended, but not needed) .. my weights were 5-10lbs. I could have went heavier, i should have atleast for legs and back exercises. Love the workout program , i am going to do a hybrid of insanity and p90x after i finsih this round of insanity!0

Great job! I just finished day 9 of P90X I love it so far.
Oh and here you go, I am posting your photos for you. In the future, just use the IMG code on photobucket and change the capital IMG to img inside the brackets. You are looking good by the way.

I hope you enjoy p90x, i loved it! I needed heavier weights though, at the end and i didnt get them.. so it could have been a bit better, but other than that its a great program. I think I will be doing a p90x/insanity hybrid after i finish this round of Insanity! I am on day 19/63 of insanity. Fewf, these workouts are killer!
