Decided that I'm going to get six pack... But Whenever I see friends or family they don't understand what I'm trying to do and will tell me things like I'm looking to skinny. As of late I've noticed that it's been getting to me as I have not been making much progress so is there anything I can say to them to get them of my back? Anything is helpful. thanks!

Ask the doctor if your weight is healthy for you and if it's OK to keep losing weight. If he says Yes, then tell them the doctor is on board.0

Are you too skinny? People say stuff like that because they don't know how else to comment and they feel they have to say something.
If your weight is in the normal BMI range and not underweight, ignore it.0 -

Check your bmi. If you are in the normal range inform your friends and family of that fact when they comment. If you are underweight you need to change your priorities0

What's your percent body fat? That's what really matters!0
