Funny things you do at the gym.

I am regular at gym and came across lot of YouTube videos of people doing silly stuff at gym That actually triggered a thought in my mind, what stupid things that I do at gym without realising it. So here it goes:
1. Lunatic running on the treadmill.
Just because I use treadmill to warm up, as it helps me burning most calories in 5 minutes than any other cardio machine, just to make it less boring, I zig zig, run at the end or too close, arms stationery, to make it enjoyable.
2. Faint/ drunk walk after a set of compound exercises. Now this is a more natural reaction.
3. When I started with deadlifts, I used to get sore legs, trainer advised rollers and started with spiked roller (smooth ones are more comfortable), my legs were that sore that during rolling, I was making loud noises( moaning lol) until my trainer said with a smile, 'quite sore, ha!'. Never again, I keep a close lid on mouth (or at least try).
You go!

I used to do something similar where I would count out loud my reps without knowing only when a friend pointed this out did I stop. And from time to time I will find myself singing random lines from my music when I lose track of my surroundings during a big effort on the bike!0

Nope I'm awesome at the gym
because I'm in my head
and in my head I'm awesome
and I don't care what anyone else thinks - cos heck I'm at the gym, not on my couch so that starts with a win
and not a single person is looking at me anyway
(when I'm with my trainer I swear and laugh a lot .. that's different)

I drag the bench around to get it in the right position in the power cage. I'll randomly sing a line to my music. But I'm wearing headphones so I probably look a bit weird. I count my reps out loud lol.
But I do weird things no matter where I am lol.0
