HELP ME UP MY CALORIC INTAKE PLEASE!!!!

Hi my name is Shawn

I NEED TO UP MY INTAKE, BUT I CANT COOK! :sad: HELP! HEALTHY FOOD CAN ONLY GO SO FAR! Any tips you have is appreciated I'm trying to hit 3000 daily. So far i ONLY hit 2,260 :noway: ITS CRAZY. :mad: Man its hard cuz i sometimes would work and my job rite now doesn't give me time to eat, MUCH LESS EAT HEALTHY, MUCH MUCH LESS CONSTANTLY! SO TRYING TO MAKE THIS CHANGE IS TOUGH. (Btw My Fitness pal says in need 2590. but im already skinny and a "hard gainer" tryna bulk up here.) :grumble:

I'M TRYING TO START P90X AND NUTRITION IS CRUCIAL! ANY AND ALL HELP IS WELCOMED! IS ANYBODY ELSE DOING THE "X?"

    You should check out the meal plan for men on Bodybuilding.com, maybe that can help you! since its food to help bulk up and it hits high cals intake.

    I my sel Had tryed P90X my self not their eating plan, I dont agree with some things ^^ but thats a personal thing. I love the workouts though!

    Good luck on this bulking it takes time. just check out that site, doesnt mean that you gunna become a bodybuilder [unless ya want too lol]

    I am on the process of helping a ew people bulk up and p90x does more lean. to bulk you want to do resistant training, heavey weights and moderate alternating days, and arms, one day , legs , [its like that for p90x] check out bodybuilding.com they have food and workouts and it they rock! another good site as well is bodyrockers.tv, she is like you starting off small and bluked up, if correct it took her three years of hard traing. ^^ hope this helps!
