Can you put corn in the oven for a crispy snack.

Just lightly coat the pan? And put the canned corn in the oven?
Will it be a waste of time or come out good.
Can it get cooked in less than 25 minutes - not looking for hours of cooking.

    You can also do it with chickpeas and butter beans. Season with paprika or BBQ seasoning and spray with a bit of fry lite.

    My mom used to dehydrate fresh sweet corn for use in soups but it never made it to the soup...we ate it
    By the handful. Not crispy, but a really good chew. I think frozen would taste better than canned, but I've only ever had fresh myself...
