So the past couple of weeks have been great-- i have lost a ton of weight (well, more than usual) and I hit my halfway mark (see my thread: almost halfway there with pics!) But now I am getting nervous that the weight is coming off too easy. I haven't really been working out much (I work 8-4 then have class from 6-8 and need to study in between) but I have been rocking my food log and not going over calories. Has anyone else had this "problem"? It's great that I am still losing but its almost too good to be true. And if it has happened to you, when did you plataue?
I just recently plataued (sorry, I cant spell that word) and starting losing again sometime early last week. I am wondering if I just kickstarted my metabolism since when I wasnt losing weight, I wasnt doing to well diet/exercise-wise and then I started up again. Any advice or personal stories would be greatly appreciated!

  • Did you know that alot of trainers and nutritionists agree that losing weight is 10% workouts, 10% genetic and 80% what you put in your mouth?! So, if you're rocking your diet, I think you're on track :)
