Hi everyone,

Just wanted to put a little whoop whoop that Im nearly at 50lbs lost now. Im focusing more on fitness now and the weight loss seems to be going with it. Im running between 2 and 3 miles most mornings which I never thought would be possible and overall pretty pleased with myself! Haha

I started off at 283 lbs at 5 ft 11 and Im now at 237. Ive gone from a UK jean size 24 and am now just over 1cm away from a 16 :)

    Amazing transformation. On a similar path. Started at 285 pounds 6 months ago n currently close t 220. Have about 40pounds to go. Keep it up

    You look incredible!! I just started my journey. Only three days in but I learned so far that if I start out slow and work up my speed that I can actually jog! I'm 225 and hoping to reach my goal of 135 by July. Good luck and fantastic work!! 46 pounds is an amazing accomplishment so far! Very inspiring!!

    Wow you've done so well! Very inspiring! I'm 5'10 1/2" and look to be the same build as you. Your start weight is what I restarted at last week (my highest last year was 308). So it's pretty cool to see how great you look at 237. Makes me realise I don't have to finish the race before I'll start to look and feel better :) In fact, you're going on my vision board!
