this to me is the BIGGEST NSV yet! i have made it officially 7 whole entire days without eating any form of fast food. not subway, nor popeyes, nor mcdonalds! not one single time in 7 days! and then what happens??? i leave my dang lunch at home on the table today. lol. i think i have earned a salad from subway! yay for not eating crap!

    Way to go girl!!!!! I am so proud of you as this is a big accomplishment!!! I would say that a salad from Subway wouldn't hurt for one day cause they have fat free dressing. Keep up the awesome work you are doing.....this is an inspiration to us all!!!

    Nicely done!
    It is one of the hardest things I have had to do, and convince the Man not to do as well is pick up dinner for us on the way home.
    It is harder to think and plan out what you are going to eat, but just feeling better is worth it ( not to mention the strain on the wallet).
