30 day shred question

Next Monday I will be starting 30 Day shred and I was wondering for all those who are currently or have done this DVD what else did you incorporate with it? It is only 20 minutes long, so I figured some cardio, yoga, pilates...etc. I fhave planned or myself incorportate the 6 week ab-pack and yoga meltdown (alternating days); in addition, with Zumba, pilates, and fitness walking/jogging.
Also, did anyone add in additional strength training with weights? I usually use free weights 3-4 days a week, but figured after 3 months that it was time to switch things up. Do I need to add strength training in with this DVD? I see there are weights already incorportated but does it hit all muscle groups to enhance strength?

I like to do her Yoga Meltdown DVD after a round of the shred! It's still intense but you can breathe comfortably through the whole thing.0

when i did just one level of 30ds a day i would incorporate it with 20 minutes of pilates. it was nice cause i was so burned out after 30ds i just waned to relax and i found pilates was nice for that.0

i honestly didnt do anything else with this workout besides walking. You will LOVE the 30 DS. i saw amazing results to it!! 20 mintues felt like hours some days but it's a great workout!0

I just incorporated some additional walking after I was done with it. The strength training in the video was enough for me, but maybe you could just try it out and if you don't feel you got enough strength training out of it do additional afterwards. Good luck! I hope you like it :]0
