Fortunately for me I have been given Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (Professional Premier League Team) pre season training schedule. It also shows what the players will be doing off season, the type of training (including strength training) they do.

Add me as a friend to get updates of the daily workouts, I will also be blogging about my progress, struggles and how far off I am to hitting my target.

    So todays work out is... 25 minute run, 1 minute sprinting - 1 minute jogging! Interval running - best way to shed fat on your body. Strength training - 100 sit ups (various) and then bicep and tricep workout!
