If you are compensating though you aren't gaining anything, you are just attempting to cancel stuff out. I'd rather be tee total and still exercise.0

I wonder if drunken dancing for several hours has anything to do with my fitness levels
I did lots of cardio last night just so I could have a beer in the shower. Was so worth it. If I didn't really want that last beer I wouldn't have done the cardio, so there is some truth in there.0
