Being a 50 plus female, the perimanopause hits me hard. I crave for food. The weight gain is terrible. If I don't stop it, there'll be a big problem ahead of me.
I have to take it seriously, trying to reduce food intake and exercise more. 20 days since I started, 2 kg has gone. Another 6 kg to go, it won't be easy, I know. However, I'm determined to achieve it!

hello! I only had 8 kilos to lose too until I hit my "goal weight" It's taken me 1 year and I am still 2 kilos above my original "goal weight" of 60kilos BUT - and a BIG BUT!!!! - even though I still weigh 2 kilos more than I thought I should I am actually smaller than I was before I got "fat". My size 8 clothes are getting loose and I can fit into some 6. I also dropped 10% BF from 32 ish to 20% (the 20.2 is exact - I did a DEXA 2 days ago. The 32 was measured with calipers a year ago)

Good luck with your journey - it sometimes sucks - but you can do it! :)

On my Ticker, 58 kg was my actual weight when I started working on weight loss. 50 kilos is my final goal. :p

You've done an amazing job on your weight loss.

    Happy Lose Weight!
