Feeling motivated!

As of the past few weeks my weight has been staying the same. I started out at about 138lbs and dropped down to 135 in a few weeks so about a lb a week. I've been 135 for the past 3 weeks now and it started to really discourage me until I realized I haven't been watching as closely or weighing all of my food like I should be doing! I also think I set my goal to lose a lb a week to high and have decreased to .5 a week instead. I think 1300 is too low and I always tend to go over my alloted calories for the day without realizing! I'm not in this HUGE hurry to lose but I would love to be about 125 by next summer which gives me a lot of time but I wanna stay on track. Now that I know I can eat a little more and still lose it makes this journey seem much easier and I'm not feeling so discouraged!

One of the biggest problems is people wanting to go faster than they can realistically manage. It sounds like you have a good handle on that part.0

With so little to lose, your goal should be set at a half a pound a week. This gives you more food0

This is what I figured out. It was getting tricky and I realized it was a little unrealistic to try and lose a lb a week and expect it to happen so fast. I figure this way I won't get discouraged either0 -
