Thanks for your support, Today I woke up feeling a lot better

Before going to bed I took my Efexor and Abilify to get out of my depression, unlike some other meds these show immediate effects.

And I woke up at 5:45am to study, had a quiz, I expect a 90, then had an exam, I expect a 94 so my efforts and struggles at least ended in success :)

After completing my exam I suddenly felt a relief. I could feel my anxiety and depression fade away, it was just stress obviously.

Plus, all day I didn't even get hungry. I drank coffee and tea, and in the evening I got myself a noodle and pomegranete juice. Those are the only calories I took so far, and a bit of candy. I feel great, tired, but amazing. I skipped gym today because of having little sleep, but tomorrow I am definitely going 3 days in a row for the weekend.

And my weight is back to 71.7, which is happy news, I just need to lose 1.7 to get back to my previous weight before binging, not 3.5.

Again, thank you everyone. I am back to being stable and determined, and I will study all weekend because I have 4 exams next week.

And are you going to see your doctor about getting back on your hyperthyroid medications?

I'm really glad you are feeling better. Now is a great time to call your Dr to discuss your meds.
I really don't want to be a Debbie downer, but please tell me that you're going to eat more than a noodle and some fruit juice.
Keep up your meds lovie. Effexor is a medication that needs to be taken regularly to work properly

Hi, I'm so glad you feel better, but I still have concerns that your medications may not quite be where they need to be, and that you're not always doing the kinds of things you need to do to prevent catastrophic cycles that derail you.

I know I'm being mother-hen here, but please take care of yourself. You're doing a lot of the things and doing a good job, but make sure you're going to you appointments and taking all your meds and telling your doctors about ALL of your symptoms -- everything.

I'm glad to hear you're feeling better. Support is an important part of losing weight (or so many studies seem to say). Keep up with seeking support and you'll increase your chances at success by a large amount!_

    Good luck!

I'm glad you're on the upswing. Stress is a stone cold Bruno Mars, I know! I would still talk with your doctor. There might be a med you can take everyday to smooth out your mood swings and make it easier to re-balence yourself. I know it sucks to be dependent on taking a medicine every day, I hate it myself. But it does make life easier to deal with since I don't have long down periods I can't bring myself out of.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I hope you go back to your doctor to get your bipolar meds tweaked. It took a while for my brothers meds to get straightened out, but now he's better than he's been in many years.

Yes :). Right now I am extremely busy with life and it requires me to go to my hometown (I have free medical treatment there) so I will wait a bit to see the doctor but I will continue using my prescribed medicine.

It was only a one day thing, I guess I was disgusted with food because of binging so much so my stomach didn't want anything, I had to force eating.

I am seeing my doctor on Monday :) and my therapist on wednesday. *hugs*

Yes I will take care of myself in every way physically and mentally and be kind to myself. Thank you for caring and commenting :)

Thanks. Some people think it is silly of me to write my personal life here and sometimes I get condescending/harsh replies, but generally everyone is so supportive and kind. :)

Exactly, I was planning on asking same thing to my doctor, I think a mild tranqilizor would help me teremendously. :)

I am sick since 15 years old (almost 10 years now) :) So I think I've tried every medication on the market with different combinations

I'm so proud of you about the meds! I'd forgotten about the thyroid problem, and with exams, too? Yeah, that's crazy stress!! I once drank so many pots of coffee studying for exams that I had to go to the ER for my heart feeling funny, lol.

It's awesome that you kept your grades up, too! I don't remember what I ate during exam weeks. But certainly it was something quick and junk food, because I didn't have time to think about juggling diet too that week ;) Probably pizza and more pizza.

I also drink way too much coffee that my doctor suggested me to drink decaf, but it is just not same so I went back to regular coffee :)

I shouldn't eat pizza, but I eat lots of bread.
