    Good luck to you! This app is a very helpful tool. I reached my goal weight Oct 2014 and maintained until recently. Now I'm back for round 2 with just a few lbs to lose this time. Sometimes life happens and you fall off the wagon.

    Good for you! Welcome! The app is great for tracking. Eat what is within your limits and get some exercise. Slow and steady wins the race! Here's to it helping you kick that type 2 !

    Better to manage your Diabetes than to expose yourself to so many complications. Loss of vision, neuropathy, amputation and list goes on and on.

    Good luck and welcome! I lost 35 pounds before joining MFP. Now lost 30 more and this has been a great tool for keeping me on track. 5 more to my goal. You can do it!
