Cucumbers, carrots, strawberries, grapes, pears, frozen okra, frozen broccoli, frozen blueberries, frozen pinapple, ground turkey, chicken breasts, less than 600g of pork- I didn't realize this was going on sale 1.49/lb again! I would have bought more, frozen tilapia filets, cooked lentils, cooked pinto beans, beets, romaine lettuce hearts, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, egg whites, three hard boiled eggs, nine precooked lunches, a bunch of condiments for recipes, milk, and three tubs of really good ice cream

Kefir, feta, old cheddar, Asiago, Greek yogurt, milk (1%), eggs, lunch meat (roasted turkey), Italian sausage, apple sauce (home made), rhubarb jam (home made), unsalted butter, Becel, flax oil, tomato sauce, three water bottles (tap water), Perrier, pickles, natural peanut butter, laughing cow light, light Philadelphia cheese, salad dressings, soy sauce light, hot sauce, apples, radishes, and a cabbage.

We go shopping if we run out of milk, eggs, or bananas.

This is just before a shopping trip so I will be stocking up on fresh veggies.

What's healthy is higly debatable, and must haves would depend on your taste, lifestyle, and availability. I can only answer to what I usually have stocked:
Whole milk, eggs, some kind of cream cheese, some kind of hard cheese for grating, butter, cooking oil, mayo, mustard, nut butters, pickles, maple syrup. Maybe yogurt or some dessert cheese.
A variety of cheese/fish/meat spreads for crispbread - Jarlsberg, brunost, caviar, smoked salmon, herring, mackerel, trout, liver pate, Jædersylte.
A variety of fresh fruit - mostly what's in season, lately I've had apples, pears, melons, passion fruit, pomegranates, pomelos, plums, quinces, peaches, grapes, figs.
A variety of vegetables for eating raw - broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, rutabaga, cucumber, beets; when available: kohlrabi, romanesco; occasionally because of high cost and short shelf life: salad greens and asparagus.
A variety of vegetables for cooking - usually onion, garlic, chili, potato, mushrooms, artichoke, corn, sweet potato, peppers, celeriac, squash/zucchini, celery, butternut squash (pumpkin).
Any leftovers from dinner, or homemade spread like tuna salad or ham salad.

ETA: As Lourdesong points out, you asked for what's in the fridge; the rest of my food is split between pantry and freezer, and equally important.

Listed by order of importance for my fridge:

Greek yogurt; eggs; veggies; cottage cheese; fruit.

I keep meat in the freezer, however I consider protein and meat especially to be the primo health food and an absolute must.

Spinach, milk, eggs, chicken thighs, fruit, sweet potatoes, tuna in the cupboard, my cheddar (not necessarily overly healthy, but I refuse to give it up!) Always loads of chicken thighs and beef in the freezer too. Obviously there's more in the fridge, but those are my must have's....
