One year Anniversary - 40lbs lost (with pics)

Here I sit and realize that it was one year ago yesterday that I joined MFP. I was a little down on myself as I feel crappy & tired today, but then I took a glance at what I've accomplished since I joined.

First - full body pics (or as close as I can come since I'm the shutterbug and don't end up in front of the camera often)

I am 5'6", and the last time I weighed myself on 05/27/11 I was at 148lbs. Now that I've met my goal, I intend to avoid the scale except for at the end of each month. I want to focus more on my muscle structure, and try to lose more inches as opposed to weight. I hope these new goals work for me. Good luck to all of you out there just starting your path to success, and keep on truckin' to those of you who are in the middle of your journey. We all get there, and it takes time to do it right!
