Stuck

Stuck at 205 after 2 week combination of maintaining my calorie goal/cardio/weight training. Any ideas on what I can do to get under 200 by the end of the month? I'm all out of ideas

    A little hard without further information. How long have you been losing - just these last 2 weeks, and is it just a 2 week plateau? Do you exercise? What kind of deficit do you work off?

    im given 1500 calories a day and try to keep it under that....get back between 150-300 calories from cardio and sometimes eat that back. Gym to include cardio/weights 4-5 days a week. Ive been stuck at around 205-210 for the past few months but have really been only logging into myfitnesspal for 2 weeks since I started pushing myself. I know the food at the firehouse twice a week doesn't help and neither does sitting at work for 8-12 hours a day. Maybe it was leftover water weight when I weighed myself this morning after drinking about a gallon of water yesterday

    only reason you would not be losing is because you "think" you're in deficit but in actuality you're NOT in a caloric deficit.

    Most likely its water retention from the increase in exercise. Are you using a food scale?
