I'm new to the app. Started revamping my health and eating habits 2 days ago. Would be grateful for any tips anyone has when motivation goes down. I LOVE food

Incidentally, I love food too!! I have found, if I eat less of the food I love I have lost pounds and now am at my goal weight. Yes!!
