Need friends!

Hi! I'm a 22 year old college student trying to lose 60 lbs.
I started logging and I'm slowly but surely trying to switch to healthier foods (3 Reese's cups looks a lot more incriminating written down lol). I also need motivation to exercise because with work and school I don't always view it as a priority (go for a 5 mile walk or sleep an extra 45 mins?? Hmm)
I only have one friend so far. I think more friends would be helpful (and more fun)!

    But first of all, just add your exercise slowly! If 45 minutes sleep is a priority for you - start with 25 minutes sleep and a 20 minute walk! It's better than none ;)
