Calculating calories for homemade juice

How do you calculate calories from homemade juices? I try to eat most of my veggies and fruits whole, but there are a couple that I just plain do not enjoy eating and would rather just chug a cup of in juice form for the vitamins. I'm just not sure how to calculate the calories for these.

I don't juice much anymore but when I did I'd use websites like these. I have no idea how accurate they are but it's worth a try.

Yeah, this is my question. With smoothies you'd have a much easier time figuring it out, since you'd just weigh each ingredient and add them up. I guess for juice you'd weigh the food item before juicing, weigh the juice, and then weigh the pulpy left overs and subtract the pulp weight from the total food but I can imagine it's not the MOST accurate.0
