Fitbit Accuracy, eating back calories?

Re: measurements, I have been monitoring those regularly, I've lost about 3 inches since starting from my waist and hips (chest not as much), so there is def noticeable change.
I have not entered stride length but all my other info is updated in MFP.0 -
I think it just boils down to not eating back calories the way I have been. I have also never paid much attention to the macronutrients aspects, which will probably be helpful.0
