Only 15 lbs, (About 20 from my biggest) but what a differenc

I've only lost 15 lbs, but today I wore a shirt that used to fit snugly on me...

I know its very minor, but my little victories are what's going to keep me going! I love seeing all the before and after pics, and I'm SO excited that I get to post my first ones:)

    that's not minor at all! my advice to you is to take measurements along with the weight--sometimes you can see a huge difference in the inches before you see a big difference in the pounds. looks like you are doing great!

    Don't ever say I "only" lost anything. 15 pounds is a lot of weight and you should be very proud of yourself. Keep up the good work!

    I have been taking measurements, but I haven't been logging them in MFP. Total, I've lost about 3 inches in hips, and 6 in waist! Thanks for your kind words:)
