My goal is to lose 30lbs

I'm just looking for support, I've lost 3lbs already & I started this week. I'm trying to get out of bad habits & eat better, hopefully lose 15lbs by beginning of December.

    You're off to a great start!! I'd like to lose about 30 lbs too except I don't know how much I weigh, (I've never owned a scale - so doing the measurement trick). It's hard to break habits of eating. For me it's eating what the other family members are wanting to eat or eating too late like my husband likes to do. Time to eat for me now! Time to make new habits ;)

    Hi there! That's my goal as well. Was hoping by Christmas. But since it's only a little over month away. Sure not going to happen. I've been using app since sept. I'm kind of getting tired of all the tracking & a lot of times not sure of the calorie content really. How are you guys liking it?

    That's a good start with 3 pounds off in first week.
    My ideal goal is to loose 36 lbs. Just started gym and swimming once again, made a program to work on. If anybody's interesed in mutual friendly competition / tips - add me. It's always better to do things together.

    That's great. Not too much. Not too little. Good job. Keep it up. My goal is to lose 70 pounds.
