I'm looking forward to tracking both food and exercise... but I feel like it's going to be like having a second job! Glad to be joining a supportive community!

Most people overestimate the difficulty and the time it takes. It takes maybe a maximum of 10 minutes out of my day to log, closer to 5 minutes. It's not that hard, I find that in general people like to make excuses and whine instead of just doing a super easy thing lol.0
