Really trying to stay on track!

I'm looking forward to tracking both food and exercise... but I feel like it's going to be like having a second job! Glad to be joining a supportive community!

    Your right It takes a bit of work to start with, but stick with it, it is so worth it. Here's to feeling amazing!

    Most people overestimate the difficulty and the time it takes. It takes maybe a maximum of 10 minutes out of my day to log, closer to 5 minutes. It's not that hard, I find that in general people like to make excuses and whine instead of just doing a super easy thing lol.
