Hi! I don't label myself vegan but I do try to eat as vegan as possible! I've been vegetation for about 9 years. In 2013 went vegan for 1 year but then went back to eating dairy and then developed lactose intolerance.... So I'm basically vegan now.

I have been a vegetarian since Birth (parents were ones) and a Vegan for about 8. I think the only time I ever had meat were chicken nuggets once in elementary school :D

I do however eat eggs ONLY when they come from my vegetarian friends 3 pet chickens who are loved and will never be killed for meat.

Hi. I have been eating meatless for a bit more than 6 months now, first as part of a challenge and then because of the health benefits I expected after education myself about vegetarian/vegan diets (I was not disappointed!). I have successfully eliminated (finally) dairy after having found a dairy-free cheese that actually tastes like cheese. I am having a hard time eliminating eggs (they come as well from people I know) as it is an easy way to increase my protein intake without going overboard with carbs. How are you getting your protein in - apart from beans, quinoa, soy?

Not OP, but I have been vegan for almost ten years. I get my protein from beans, grains, vegetables, seitan, tempeh, tofu, and (occasionally) pea protein powder.

I've been vegan for nearly 10 years. It's super easy, but having people be able to spy on your food diary and call you out makes it's even easier
