Always the problem

I get so disheartened when I eat all the right food, stick to eating food with the correct nutrients, weigh everything on my we scales and still after a week ..not 1llb has shifted. This has always been the crunch time for me because I know how my body works. Before, I was told by a dietitian that 1200 calories a day was the correct intake amount then that didn't and hasn't worked,
Now my intake is reduced to 1000 calories as I remember once she said to me :try 1000, that should shift it, if 1200s isn't working" !......
So this I've done since I've been back on this programme and now, for the last 17days ....NOT 1llb has shifted! !!! and its really peeing me off because I've work so hard checking I get the correct food nutrients and counting calories too. .......rant over grrrr

That is really frustrating. Have you tried happy scale? You weigh yourself every day and they give you an average of your weight. Maybe your weight is shifting daily. Also, are you exercising? Even walking or taking the stairs may help.0

Year 1 [2015]: I lost 4 kgs (8.8 lbs)
Year 2 [2016]: I lost 7 kgs (15.4)
You see how it goes? I know it can be "painful" when the scale does not move.
But remember this, the number on the scale dont define you.
The hard work and dedication that you are putting on, that what defined you.
When you take good care of your food and body (exercise), your body will take care itself!
This is not a short term thing, it is a life long race.
Stay strong my friend.0
