So when I go over calories I commit to "extracurricular" activities after bed. Its a win-win. FYI - don't wear your HRM. Its not romantic.:laugh:

Ok so I Googled it and found an article in Woman's Day Magazine...

It's based on a 150lb woman so I am not sure how to equate that to my weight of 186 but it's still a fun and interesting read!!0 -
