    I'll start :)

    Broccoli slaw spaghetti:
    Ingredients - 1 bag broccoli slaw
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/2-3/4 cup red sauce of choice (I like Psst Garlic and Herb)
    Directions: spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Sauté the onion and garlic. Once translucent, add the broccoli slaw with 1/4-1/2 cup of water. Cook until slaw is tender and all or most of the water has evaporated. Add in the pasta sauce and mix well. Serve warm. :)

    Two bags of shirataki noodles, 400g zucchini and squash, 170 broccoli, onion, garlic, your desired serving of spaghetti sauce.
