Back again...

I been on and off it so long, I don't know which is which any more. I've reached a point where I am unmotivated and exhausted all the time. I'm ready to start again. I need out of this funk, not only for myself but for my family. Advice on how to stay on track and motivated would be awesome!!

    Surround yourself with reminders of your goal! For example, start looking at fashion blogs of what you want to wear when (not if) you lose weight. Find different food blogs so that you can learn how to cook fun low-cal meals! And if you get really uninspired, go on pinterest, instagram, tumblr, reddit (or some other social media site) and look up before & after pictures of people who are at your current weight & goal weight!
