Zig-Zaging Calories

So, I've been reading a lot about calorie cycling and so far, I think it's kind of perfect! I have a really hard time sticking to my calorie goals all week due to going out to dinner, working late, and generally just giving into my boyfriend's pressure to go out. I'm planning on starting Monday June 13- three days on the deficit planned on MFP and then one - two days of a "high calorie" just eating my BMR.

If anyone wants to join me and just post what's working, or not working. Just generally being helpful for each other, that would be great.
