How much weight should I expect to lose per week?

I started maintainence on 2612 calories and cut down to 2100 calories. I do cardio 3x a week and strength 5x a week. How much weight should I generally expect to lose per week? I'm only looking to lose about 5-6 pounds total. I'm a 5'0" female and weight about 112 lbs. thank you!

Weight loss isn't linear and those last few pounds can be quite stubborn.
If 2612 is your actual maintenance calorie requirement then you are doing a calorie deficit of 512 per day which is just over 1 pound lost per week. However, things like water retention, TOM, etc., will mask how much weight you are losing or not losing.0 -

You are closed to your ideal weight for your height so it's going to hard to lose weight. Also you are doing strength workout, you will gain some muscle mass (and that's a great thing). You should focus on losing inches than weight. You can lose inches, look leaner and weight the same.0

Too much cortisol. Cut to cardio twice/week, weights 3 times/week.0

Somewhere between 111 and 112 pounds puts you at dead center for the healthy BMI weight range for your height. So congrats, you're there!0
