This is actually a question for your doctor. Some vitamins shouldn't be taken together and your doctor can use your blood work to determine which ones you might not need.0

You are going to have to look up the IU and MG of each one. Here's a chart that shows the RDA and upper limit of each one.

Even at the upper limit you still far away from toxic levels but minerals and oil based vitamins can build up over time.0 -
Bromelain is an enzyme. http://www.m.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-895/bromelain/source-30

I would say cod liver oil for Vitamin D but that depends on where you live, if you live in say Florida, do you really need cod liver oil for Vitamin D? The others I am not sure.0

Have you been diagnosed with a specific deficiency? Chances are good that you're just making expensive urine.....

Ginkgo Biloba is a leaf and so has many potential active ingredients. Again, you will have to look up each one.
"Extracts of ginkgo leaves contain phenolic acids, proanthocyanidins, flavonoid glycosides, such as myricetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin and quercetin, and the terpene trilactones, ginkgolides and bilobalides." - Wikipedia0 -
There were two vitamin/supplements I had a bad reaction to so I stopped. The first was Niacin. I got itchy all over, like a hives reaction. The other was Cold FX, which I swear hopped up my immune response. I had my worst hives reaction that winter and it took months to get under control.
By comparison the flu shot, barring a day or so of achy muscles seems to have been my best defence against colds and flu.0 -

Most vitamins don't need to be taken in excess of. You'll just pee out a lot of it. Just hit your minimums and then maybe some more, but don't stress about having 500+ percent over rda0

water soluble vitamins normally will be flushed out of the system through urine. Fat soluble vitamins can rise to toxic levels because the excess is stored in your fat cells.
Speak to your doctor and have lab work drawn to see what vitamins are needed and what are a waste of money.0
