    That is the truth. I've been counting calories for almost a month now and started bicycling to and from work. We should all be supportive of each other. That is hiw we will achieve results.

    I've just switched over from on-line Weight Watchers. I've lost nearly 60 pounds in 11 months and am motivated to lose the other 60. I'm looking for community strength! I credit the community for making me successful thus far and am hoping to find the same support here!!
