Hello everyone! I need to loose 25lbs. I need support to keep it going, I use my moblie mostly to track. It's a great and easy tool, I'm so excited. Any helpful hints or suggestions I could use?

    Regular exercise has helped me, on this program the calories you burn you are allowed to eat to make up for them which is cool so you don't feel so deprived. I lost 10 lbs but then I fell off the rails for personal reasons, I just started again and also I had my B12 levels checked out by my doc and I was very low which was slowing down my metabolism. I have noticed a difference since I have been taking B12 vitamins. I have more energy and I don't seem to gain weight like I used to.
