Hello everyone, so I'm a 20 year old woman and I've been on this cycle to lose weight for about 3 years now! When I was around 16 I lost around 15-20lbs and felt really good, back then I was around 170-175 so I got down to around 150. I recall working out everyday for 30 minutes or more and no eating after 7, and I was very good at reducing the junk food. Now it's so hard for me to even get through the weekend without eating junk the whole weekend and I only work out 4 days a week for about 30 minutes and my feet hurt so bad I just quit sometimes. So I'm in this cycle it seems like every week, it goes like this: Monday-Wednesday sometimes Thursday's I do so good on my diet and exercise, then Friday I do good up until the evening I binge on junk and then Saturday and Sunday is so bad I pretty much binge all day, and then Monday is back to doing good. I'm so tired of doing this every single week! How can I stop and be healthy everyday not just Monday-Thursday?! Please I need motivation and will power! I weigh about 185 now and I want to lose about 50lbs long term and about 20 by March possibly more! So can anyone help me out with tips and advice! I feel like I've tried everything and I just need help!

Examine how much you are eating. One of the things I see the more successful people on this forum say is that if you restrict too much you set yourself up for a binge. Are you meeting MFP's calorie goal? How did you have it set up? Are you weighing your food? Are you eating back some of your exercise calories?
Also, there's no such thing as "not eating after 7". Seriously, it DOES NOT MATTER. I am writing this post over the remnants of my dinner and it is quarter to eight, which is not unusual on certain nights, and I have lost 21lbs so far. Barring medical reasons, you can also eat anything you want - as long as it fits into your calorie goals.0 -
Try to plan out your meals for the week including the weekend. Make sure the meals include foods you enjoy so it doesn't feel like a chore. Once you hit your weight loss goal set your daily calorie goal for weight maintenance and keep tracking your intake so you don't gain back.0

Agree with the above. You are describing what I used to do. If you are too restrictive with your food choices and calories it will lead to binging. Eat what you like daily and meet your calorie goals. I exercise sometimes so I can eat a bit more (people say to eat about half of your exercise calories back). Also if you do slip up and binge, don't let a bad meal turn into a bad day (like "well I blew it today might as well just eat whatever"). And if it's a bad day don't let it turn into a bad few days or week.0
