I've put more fruit into my diet for fiber, but I'm going over on sugar from it.
Does that really matter? Just as long as I stay at 1200 calories.
BTW I love PB2...lol

    If you don't have a medical reason to limit sugar, don't worry about it. I don't even track it anymore.

    I don't have any medical reason, that I should be looking at sugar, so I ignore it. I look at fiber instead.

    I would use veggies to add my fibre, but I tend to watch my carbs (medical reasons and now a personal choice). Veggies will probably give you more fibre for the same amount of calories (or carbs) eaten.
