So, I've been working my butt off, literally, because I am enlisting in the military. While I was browsing the web, I came across this military site that has many useful tips for runners. I thought it was well worth sharing. I hopes this helps everyone as much as it helped me!

    Thank you. Fantastic site. I am a runner and have been my whole life. This year I am training for the AFC 1/2 so this will be useful. Thanks again.
