Need support! That's about it :)
I keep doing well for a few weeks at a time and then I stop caring completely for a while. Then get very upset and mad at my self and the circle continues. I am 5'8" and 167 pounds right now, so sometimes I feel like that's average and I shouldn't care what people think- i'm not terrible looking and have big boobs! I really need to stop making escuses. I really hate my body and I feel so much better when I'm healthy. I just need a good group of people to support and motivate me! thanks for listening :)

    you sound like me! lol

i do very good and then all of a sudden, for no apparent reason i just stop and do so horrible that i hate myself so i'd start agian!

and yes you shouldn't care what people think. let them think what they want to think.

and if you want to be more healthier and make this a lifestyle change, it'll take some time and it'll be hard. do things ever so slowly so that it becomes your new habit! =D

I completely understand how you feel! I'm 5'8" and got to 165 when I got sick of how I looked and felt. I've (finally) gotten down to about 145, but it was a hard, long road. I go through the same cycle where I do really well for a few weeks then stop caring, get mad at myself, etc. I can relate! You can do it. I know, because I did and I never thought I could push through!

Hang in there and don't give up! You can do it! Just take it one day at a time... If you fall off the wagon then just get back on! That's what I've done over and over...lol! Though this time I have made up my mind to stay on and just take things one day at a time! :)
You can send me a friend request, if you want to!

There is no easy fix it takes hard work and dedication to healthy eating. Educate yourself and don't make excuses. It's a lot easier changing while you young so you can avoid all the health problems that come along later. Good Luck

Take a look at this video when you start feeling sorry for yourself!

Don't feel bad. I think everyone falls down on occasion. The one thing to remember is to get up and try again. I used to think that when I had a bad meal that my whole day was shot but that's not the case. Just because I ate bad at one meal doesn't mean I couldn't eat well the next meal. Most people think since they did bad that they can eat what they want and start over the next day. I was one of them until I joined MFP and acquired much needed support. If I can help you in any way I sure will. You can definitely add me as a friend and we can support one another. Good luck with your weight loss goals!!! You deserve it and you are beautiful! Don't let anyone tell you different!
