I'm struggling to find a daily breakfast regiment that doesn't include eggs or shakes. Any tips or recipes would be appreciated.

    Oatmeal.
    Yogurt.
Toast and butter and jam, turkey sausage or regular bacon.
    scones or muffins.
    oatmeal and yogurt mixed.
    oatmeal with fruit.
    yogurt with fruit.
oatmeal and yogurt mixed with fruit on top.
    scone with butter and jam
    muffin with bowl oatmeal.
    French Toast.

Okay, I'm going to stop there, but those are truly all the different kinds of foods I like to eat for breakfast.

I usually have some tuna fish prepared. Two cans of albacore with some diced onion, celery and just barely any mayo (2 Tbsp or so). Just enough to make it moist. Then I pack it down in a tupperware until it is solid and it becomes more moist after storing it in the fridge. In the morning toast a piece of whole wheat bread and spread out some tuna fish on it - delicious with some pepper on top. High protein, complex carbs and not a whole lot of fat as long as you don't go crazy with the mayo.

Oatmeal, cereals and the occasional yogurt are also some of my options.
If you want something tasty you could also try having a mixture of fruit cut up ready to go.

English muffin with a fried egg, Canadian bacon and a slice of cheese if your calories will allow it, side of fresh fruit. Should be around 300 calories and is filling, fast and tasty!
Oh sorry, you said no eggs... How about mini bagel with cream cheese, lox, red onion and capers.
