Fiber One Bars?

Yea or Nay?
I like them ok. Far better than the sawdust and glue types. But, are they just candy bars disguised as a healthy fiber treat?
Thanks!

Thank you! I'm trying to incorporate more fruit to get the fiber, but sometimes one of those bars are handy for a quick fix. And yes, you're right. I was thinking of protein bars. Yuck!

They're not really as tasty as candy bars, but the lemon ones are good! They don't have much fiber, though. I quit them because of the low fiber. I can get more fiber and be more satisfied with some fruits or veggies. Those lemon ones weren't bad, though. :)

I think they are good. Rarely eat just one. And yea, for me, my insulin resistance, they are just disguised candy bars. Maybe there is some better way to quickly get your fiber?

Chicory root (aka inulin)....the fiber additive in "fart bars" gives me stomach pains.

No thanks - I'll get my fiber elsewhere.

I had a fiber one streusel today with a glass of milk at the school where I was subbing. Felt like a little kid having cookies & milk. It was weirdly satisfying as a one-off but I can't imagine buying a whole box.

I have one most nights for my dessert/sweet treat. They aren't the best thing nutrition-wise, but they're low cal compared to other junk I could be eating, satisfy my sweet tooth, and give me a little extra fiber (protein too if I'm having that type).
